Your account

You need account to use most of our features. Your account na your own, na only one person suppose use am; make you keep your login details safe. Any tin wey happen inside your account, na you be boss.

Plans, credit and renewal

We dey count pay-as-you-go minutes based on how much translation you don do, weda you get subscription or prepaid credit. Subscription go renew automatically every billing period until you cancel am. You fit cancel anytime and you go still get access until di time you don pay finish. Your prepaid credit go dey available as long as your account active.

Right of withdrawal (EU)

If you dey for EU, you get 14 days to change your mind after you pay. Because we dey deliver translation minutes sharp-sharp as you ask, you don gree say make we start work immediately. If you withdraw within 14 days, we go refund you wetin you pay minus di value of di minutes wey you don already use.

Fair use

Plans wey get unlimited translation minutes na for normal, personal use of one person: live tori, calls, meeting and files wey you truly need make we translate. E no cover make you share or sell access, use am wit robot or script, or use am for heavy work wey no get break. If your usage pass normal person level, we go first contact you; if you no change am, we fit make your account slow, move you go metered pricing or cancel your plan and refund you wetin remain.

Cancellation, termination and refunds

You fit stop to use lingua.direct anytime. We fit suspend or close account if dem break dis terms or abuse di service, and we fit stop di service if we give enough notice. Anytime we end plan, we go refund you di part wey you never use for di current subscription period and any unused prepaid credit. Na only fraud, payment abuse or illegal use go make you lose your refund.

Translation accuracy

Na computer dey do our translation automatically. Sometimes, di translation fit no correct, e fit get error or delay. No depend only on lingua.direct if you know say di translation fit cause wahala, like for emergency or medical, legal or safety matter. Always cross-check important information.

How to use am well

No use lingua.direct for bad tin or illegal waka, no use am disturb person right, no use am harass anybody, or use am hack, overload or spoil di service.
