The service

lingua.direct di translate language wey people di talk or write for real time, for your browser, for phone call and for mobile app. The features, languages and prices fit change as time di go; we go tell you before time if any big change affect your plan.

Your account

You need account to use most of the features. The account na for you alone and one person suppose use am; keep your login info safe. Any tin wey happen inside your account, na you be the one wey responsible.

Plans, money and renewal

If you di pay, we di count the minutes wey you translate, either you buy subscription or you put money for inside account. Subscription di renew by itself every month until you cancel. You fit cancel anytime and you go still get access until the time wey you don pay finish. The money wey you put for account go stay there as long as your account dey active.

Right of withdrawal (EU)

If you be consumer for EU, you get 14 days to change your mind after you buy. Because we di translate for you immediately as you ask, you agree make we start work immediately. If you change your mind within 14 days, we go refund you the money wey remain after we remove the cost of the minutes wey you don already use.

Fair use

Plans wey get unlimited translation minutes na for personal use only: like live conversation, calls, meeting and files wey you really need make we translate. No share your account or sell am to other people, no use robot or script, or do too much heavy work for one time. If we see say you di use the thing pass mark, we go first contact you; if you no change, we fit slow down your account, put you for plan wey you go pay per minute, or close your account and return the money for the time wey you no use.

Cancellation, termination and refunds

You fit stop to use lingua.direct anytime. We fit suspend or close account if you break these terms or abuse the service, and we fit stop the service if we tell you before time. Anytime we close your plan, we go refund the money for the time wey you no use again for your subscription or your prepaid credit. We no go refund only if you do fraud, abuse payment, or use the service for illegal tin.

Translation accuracy

Na machine di translate the talk, no be human being. E fit get mistake, e fit no complete, or e fit delay. No put full trust for lingua.direct if you di do sensitive tin, like emergency, medical, legal or safety matter, because mistake fit cause wahala. Always cross-check important information.

Correct way to use

No use lingua.direct for bad thing or any purpose wey no correct, no use am to disturb people rights, no use am to harass person, or to spy, overload or spoil the service.
